Cancellation Policy
If an appraisal is canceled after it has been inspected, half of the appraisal fee will apply. For appraisals that are cancelled prior to the day of inspection, there will be no charge. Preferred payment for all appraisals is COD. Please check with office regarding billing at escrow.
